Funny, but the US BANKRUPTCY Judge says it is.

Canada has different terminology, but under the international definition of bankruptcy, CCAA IS bankrupt.

Not that it matters, as BIOAQ as a US incorporated company was in bankruptcy in the United States. Regardless of the terminology, the stock is worthless.
