I imagine that they are before the Dec. 12th pr. The mm probably thought that FCCN was finished to why not short it to nothing. Then all of a sudden JavelinAdvisory brings FCCN back to life and viola! A forced cover already at a much higher price than what they want to pay! If they are short then they might as well start covering right now( I believe they started 2 weeks ago, they just haven't made much progress)! 8 million shares is alot to cover if no one is willing to sell to you! This will be healthy for our PPS!
