Now that makes some sense. It would be a reasonable scenario and a more positive one that's for sure. Thanks SS. Cj

Seems a reasonable assessment to me as well, ss9173.
Making room for some new blood, including on the BOD; which is something shareholders have been posting about wanting on this board for a LONG time.

P.S.
~On a zinc and Vitamin C "course" for a cold..bleech. lol Any other suggestions, pls PM.

I hope everyone isn't leaving because we ran out of money.
Well, people here called for a new board after their disastrous approvals of 2006, so that's what we're getting.
Looks like no major announcements 'till we get a new board.

There is no other explanation. Good analysis SS.

Lots of manouevring, lots of changes. Good to see the average age of the BOD dropping.

We are trying to launch cutting edge technology, not sell cupcakes.

I imagine some time in Q1 2007, all of this restructuring will make perfect sense.

This news alone should launch us into double figures!!!

ss9173: You could be right. And, who knows...it could be Billilla himself, IMO. If this Scambuy suit pans out like the rest or better yet, in a definitive court victory, it would be pretty clear that the patents for this process of PWC would be firmly recognized to be owned by NeoMedia.

Rather than "pay the piper", he might go for that 20% controlling interest, just as good 'ol TS hinted at long ago.

Wouldn't that be a kick in his pants! I'd love to see it! loL!

You are right though...a definite shakeup is underway within the walls of NEOM and I think it's all for the good and, I think it revolves around the validity of the patents.

Nobody should underestimate the power of the words on those pieces of paper. CF knows what he has and it's his company and his company's patents. That's the one thing he's ALWAYS been confident of. The "Big Boys" might want to crush a little nugget like NEOM and do it "their way", but in the end - if the court rules in favor of NEOM in this Scambuy case - they'll pay, just like all the rest will to "cross the bridge".

A court's ruling is gold in a case like this. They (patents) worked for these guys...

...and they can work for these guys...
