Could the company update us on the status of the infringement case in North Carolina Western District Court of 3:20-cv-00287 - PCT, LTD et al. v. Marion E. Paris, Jr. et al. ?

Follow-up question to this:
Annihilare Medical Systems, Inc. currently has two Apps available for both Android and Apple around the RF tracking and service side of the process, AnniList Mobile and AnniList Inspector. Would the software systems such as these be protected for PCTL if they receive a positive outcome in the pending litigation?
