The key term I heard in the FSOC review from the first presenter was "risk based," which if memory serves, some criticism from the comment period related to how the cap rule was not risk based.
They didn't speak to anything directly. Also, if they disagreed with parts of the Cap Rule, they certainly got on the same page before they going to a public forum so as to not embarrass the FHFA director.
The other tidbit I got from Calabria was the cap rule would be finalized over the coming months. That's what I heard but it might be out of context. So maybe between Nov 3rd and Inauguration if Trump does not win.
