Yep….Another potential RED FLAG

They filed an S-1 which them a required filer per the rules. To my knowledge PSPW NEVER FILED an S-1

I previously stated if they did a public offering they must file the financial disclosures and audited 10k reports even if they are a voluntary filer because it makes them mandatory.
