I cannot see Mr. Hong settling for $6.80/share. This has been going on for 10+ years. If he sell the company to Goog, it will be $10 minimum. He has an axe to grind and I guarantee he holds a grudge too. But, if this were the case, I believe he would want to settle all the other suits first to increase the PPS even further to make Google pay up and dearly!!!!
