Based on the chart, I'd venture to guess that we're almost all losers already. Let's divvy up those assets and move on.

Binz, shareholders lose if this gets to 2 Billion shares as well. To be concerned with legal action is misplaced when investors should be concerned if they dilute this down to .0001.

Even .002 to .0001 is a hard long fall.

I'm far more interested in how many shares are coming than whether or not a few folks sue Ed or anyone else. Lawyers will talk forever before anything occurs. Most likely, all sides go home with a few tokens in their pockets and Offenders barred from the Market (for a few days anyway).
