As someone else mentioned, it would be GREAT to have a conference call quickly to address some of these changes and explain exactly what the plan is going forward, especially concerning immediate cash needs. Simple math showed Neomedia possibly running out of money right about now, and they should certainly understand the need to allay shareholders concerns on that issue if nothing else.

Would be nice to have such a CC recorded and put on their website too, since on the last crazy CC they had in a fruitless effort to do some damage control post-TS-dump, only the folks able to listen in at that very moment got to hear it at all. To me that doesn't exactly meet FD requirements.

What IHUB rule does that fall under? Posters here were allowed to post copywrite material and it wasnt a problem, and now you have to show permission to quote what someone told you? I havent seen it in the rules so please help me out there, because there is nothing wrong or even civally compesatable about directly quoting someone. The news does it all the time and they dont get any special permissions either.

SS I got your PM and of course cant reply so will here. If invasion of privacy is a concern here, then why have you allowed one poster to post what they believe is someones first name without permission. I think you know who we are talking about and he does it daily including today. Isnt posting personal information without permission an invasion of privacy? Not only is it a invasion but is a clear TOS violation, but I have reported it to TOS every time and the posts remain.........matter of fact here is the one from this morning
