I think he is right. IE Overloaded with requests. When helping others get this drug they spoke of being overwhelmed, working round the clock, and careful to tick the boxes so not to get in trouble with FDA.

Of course given by the time all said and done they only had hours to get the treatment to the patient because of severity.

The press release about the EUA doesn't explicitly state that they submitted based solely on the open label data. It's possible that there's additional data that isn't public yet involved in the EUA. They may have just talked up the open label data because it was the only data they could publicly speak on.

The attitude that JJ has shown in all of his public appearances seems indicative of a good overall feel/result. I'm not a huge fan of sensationalist keynote titles that include the term "miracle" simply because it tends to end up being reason to claim under-delivery.

I'm hopeful for the EUA especially since he's scheduled an appearance with Dr. Yo next week and it would be cool if it was a big celebration talk about the successful EUA.

I'm still long, just want to make sure we're looking at all angles with open eyes.
