No these are just the unaudited numbers from Deep Down. Audited numbers will come by January 15th. Company is making about $1 million net as of now.

It looks like ddi's by what everyone is saying.I don't think 4mil in assets is bad at all.And with the customers they have.and the pro-forma to come..I am not worried at all..wasn't going anywhere for awhile anyway..will be fun to watch it climb from these levels..JMO
