It is ridiculous to suggest that a company with assets of less than a million, whose market cap has hovered in the 7 and low 8 figure range, and that went bankrupt over $15M of debt after failing to get funding for a phase 2 trial for 3 years after FDA approval, is now suddenly a billion dollar company because they turned their debt into stock, bloating the O/S.
