I get your frustration kgwxman, but I think blaming Healy is somewhat misguided. I believe there is a real reluctance to telegraph any developments with TMMI's technology as long as this ongoing litigation is in play. I don't know if you've noticed, but anytime there is an update on TMMI's website within days it gets "mirrored" on the Dimented site. This is not a coincidence and this can only be indicative of the Dimented One's intent to interfere with potential customers TMMI may be dealing with by falsely claiming ownership of our technology and pointing to the ongoing litigation as a deterrence to any potential companies doing business with TMMI. Don't think for a second this didn't happen with Raytheon as an example of what the Dimented One is capable of doing.
The damage that has been caused by this malicious litigation is incalculable and unfortunate for us long-suffering shareholders and TMMI has no choice but to end it once and for all. Only then can there be any opportunity for TMMI to move forward. I still have faith that TMMI will finally put this ugly chapter in its history behind it and move forward with whatever opportunities that were hinted at in this recent update.
I know it's not easy and we don't have much choice, but I guess we'll have to hang in there a bit longer and hope for the best.
