I do agree, think I poorly frased my last message. Experiance has tought me in industy if you are on track to finish in 6 months early on like they were last year plan for it to take a year. So many uunexpected things happen.
For example dont give a date to go live, give a status update of how things are and give the go live date once you pass all of the inspections and are weeks away. Last year I think BFCH was looking at an idealistic nothing goes wrong time frame. This year I think they learned there lesson and are clammed up to avpid the same mistake. Still dont like it but ehh just me being anxious
