That is an old figure from 2018, I think the float is larger now. However, I think DGTW's 3 billion o/s and 2.4 billion 'Held at DTC' are reasonable and not too large when considering the current market dynamic and the SS of the runners that we are seeing lately.

Float hasn't been updated in 2 years. It is very likely at or near the 2.4B unrestricted stock figure.
