revoked. what the sec does to end a ticker.

de-listed. what an exchange does to remove a listing on their exchange.

Removing the ticker from existence is being revoked or revocation, delisting is removal of a stock from a stock exchange platform, in this case they would go from Pink(No Info) to Expert Market most likely, or possibly Grey.....Suspension = Delisting.
