as a discussion point though, there are several companies out there with high share counts that don't r/s....so I can't conclude with the level of certainty you presented in your post. SIRI is one and there are many others. Given the fact that Jim V states in his conference calls his interest to go to the otcbb then onto the big boards puts UPZS in direct comparison to many companies with high share counts. Does he r/s? He's the only one that can answer that with a degree of certainty and I haven't heard it yet.

I liked your post. I too like to check anything I can. Have you been in one of the stores? I am trying to check out the Charlotte, NC anouncement(have been for some time now). Can find no one named Ken Kraemer. No phone, address, nothing. Numerous call to UPZS has gotten me nowhere. This bothers me that I can not check out their press release. Also have substantial (for me) number of shares. The press release on Charlotte was October 12. Can anyone help me here?
