Verano announced that it will IPO sometime in the next few weeks.

It will be the 5th biggest MSO.

A few facts:

-Has 8 cultivation & production facilities
-Has just under 700k sq.ft cultivation space.
-It operates in 14 states.
-Currently has 46 retail locations (76 planned)
-Est. 2021 revenue at US$790M
