#2419 RE: RMacchio #2417

I have no idea if there will be a buyout or not, BUT to me, that scenario does make sense. If the buyer wants to design their own product rather than use the Uband, then why put off the validation testing until KNWN finishes designing a useless final prototype? The buyer, in this scenario, would simply want to know that the technology works as advertised. Once verified, they could then take the technology and put it into their own product. And yes, they would then have to do a new batch of testing in order to get approval from the FDA. However, in the end, this approach would save them time because they would be able to skip the unnecessary part of waiting for Know Labs to design the final product which would not be used anyway. Again, I have no idea if the buyout scenario has any validity or not, but at least, to me, it does makes sense. I don't care how if comes down in the end. I'm just anxious for the next news to come out - whatever that may be.

Assuming they are still waiting to begin the Mayo Clinic testing until Know Labs develops the final prototype, doesn't it seem strange that they would come out and announce the Mayo agreement so far ahead of time? Phil said in the April video that they would have the Frankenstein model done in 3 months - so July. Here we are a whole 2 months later and it's still not done? If so, it sure is taking a LONG time. The envisioned 3 months has turned into 5 months and counting! OR, could it be that the Frankenstein model was completed and is currently being tested by Mayo Clinic?

I don't profess to know, but the scenario makes sense to me so I definitely see it as a possibility.
