Unlike P nut gallery surgical fantasy, that’s exactly what any normal filing should do. Especially when they have lost so many cases leaving stuff out. Almost like some want to prescribe a losing case for commons, how foolish for some to follow but Lee’s hope smart lawyers don’t.
