I figure by the end of the week but it could be Monday as 90 days from July 1rst would be the 28th. I was doing some research on it though and there are some exemptions for companies that have been fully compliant with the SEC for the previous 3 years. There were other qualifications for exemption. One was having less than 300 shareholders. Cloud may meet that as well. Not sure about all that but if not exempted they need to file within 90 days.
"The Form 1-SA must be filed within 90 days after the end of the first six months of the issuer’s fiscal year-end."
It would be nice to see something. I'm a patient holder but watching these guys play the low volume is getting old.
