Your post is simple and to the point. Unfortunately Ziv was straight up honest with shareholders. He needed a YES majority on either #1 or #2. Shareholders were so busy complaining about the past that they killed the future. I'm unfortunately betting that we'll be history in T MINUS 19 HOURS!
