Well as an insider he would have known of the upcoming CBD play and the exit before makes sense. Not arguing just pointing out a legit reason he may have left without it being a negative to the company. As a shareholder I WANT to believe that the company is doing things for the best of us all and from what I have heard Garnock is a stand up guy and would do what is best for his companies/investments. I don't hear anyone saying he left in a huff or anything bad he has said since leaving.....so....until otherwise shown I will assume it was a business decision based on what was best for him and his bottom line and the maintenance of his integrity when it comes to managing conflicts of interest. His stake here in VRUS was by far less important than protecting his much larger stake outside of VRUS. Once again all IMO and always willing to hear other insights.
