That's pretty extreme volatility. COTRP is unsolicited.
An unsolicited bid is an offer made by an individual, investors, or a company to purchase a company that is not actively seeking a buyer. Unsolicited bids may sometimes be referred to as hostile bids if the target company doesn't want to be acquired.
There are a couple of Bids @ .56 for a few grand, but a 160 share trade goes through at .16....
I can see that happening for a very large trade that exceeds the bid or ask sizes, but when it is under, it is supposed to fill near those levels.
Must be because it is unsolicited and perhaps even manipulated!
