Mark is charged with FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY...His close associate flipped on him and lawsuits line up for him....Additionally his buddy Jason Neilsen AKA PennyStockAlert is also charged....but the real question is why Rene and Arrayit remain silent when this poor pitiful guy is so innocent? ARYC, or is it Theranos II?
Scamming and Fraud seem to be their best product....and no financials for 1/2 a DECADE....total BS company
