I was in this and out at .02 a while back but only got out due to financial issues with my business, Once I got back in I heard about Garnock's exit and I heard we are in a CBD play, that being said, and I may be wrong, but wouldn't he need to exit to keep from being in a conflict of interest with his other CBD business? All my conjecture and IMO so take this with a grain of salt and feel free to direct me to anything that points to another reason for his exit as I have not had time to do the DD here. I just know I felt lucky to get back in this low after my exit at the top!
