Was thinking considering the parties are in agreement if they settle out of court do will still need the court approval for custodianship? If not SNVP could catch us off guard and announce a out of court settlement & custodianship! Anyone knowledgeable in custodianship know if court approval is needed if parties are in full agreement to have it done? $SNVP
