DECN appears to be doing the monthly dip to low 20s followed by a climb back up to 30ish.... Let’s see if it can be pulled off again! So far so good today.

slow climb = marks being suckered in by PRs and shills.
Monthly dip = insiders cashing in on newly printed shares with correspoding dilution!<rake>
