Brokerages often split up very large buys or sells into smaller chunks to have less of an affect on the market, but I've never heard of that with such a small transaction. My only guess is that it could be a chart guy trying to manipulate a technical indicator such as (not volume-weighted) buys to sells?

I see 4 sells of 4999 at 10:47 but they are under the buy column .
