I watched his ONTX video from 9/22 and nothing in it suggested he was egging on short sellers. He pointed out the levels of resistance (which were obvious) and noted that the former support level was now functioning as that resistance.
He also said there was no guarantee it would not break through that level to the upside.
Don't see anything wrong with his commentary, nor was it biased in any direction.
