13,333,333 shares sold by the company at .0075 to raise 1ooK cash in one day? for the 2nd time in 2 months, with conversions, and DTC adding those additional 50 million shares into the float,along with shorts, and freaking out traders. is a toxic situation and here is proof of it...the continuous decline in SP.
distribution of shares shows what has happened here, on the 30 day charts and 3 months charts..now nearing -90 million. and slow stochastic at 1, is an extreme oversold condition.
the conversions are from issued stocks between .003 and .005,
too much, too fast, IMHO don't be surprised if they continue to convert, to raise cash for the expansions and business plan to succeed, and the conversion debts still in existance
