Like I said, played this game in reality and learned alot about how the sec conducts their matters. BRTXQ stated in their 8K reasons for late filings and submitted to the SEC. SEC will not be pursuing BRTXQ over delinquent filings due to this FACT, sorry sir but you can't pull the wool over my eyes, I'm no sheep
