He can resolve shareholder issues, political lash back issues, and continue the release plans with cat man do, and he will fill the pockets to his close friends on Wall Street, the consulting fee is proof of this already not to mention preferred IPO clients. U don’t see this???????????
U do get the fact u and I will not get to buy shares the first day at least in IPO, maybe days before anyone other than already identified buyers can buy. No deep thinking required, that’s how all IPO offerings work, if u broker don’t get shares first day they got none to sell u.
