Agreed 1st 2 paragraphs are key in my mind from the 9/1 PR. What other "update" did people want from PASO - give me a break. Read the details people and stop crying for more updates. Basically people on here expected literal updates to say what? "We are 90% there!" ....."we are 92% to DA!" and so on? Sorry was never going to be the case here...instead this is how we were communicated to as follows:
Key in the second paragraph. ****MOVES FORWARD WITH THE PROPOSED MERGER**** "As the Company moves forward with the proposed Reverse Merger, currently at the signed Letter of Intent stage, with CLX Health as well as expansion of the core healthcare management business, it has been determined that the number of authorized shares needs to be increased."
Key in the third paragraph. ****provides us flexibility to use a portion of these newly authorized shares to CLOSE THE TRANSACTION with CLX, as well as with any other entity**** "The increase that has been approved by the majority of Shareholders is 1,750,000,000 and provides us flexibility to use a portion of these newly authorized shares to close the transaction with CLX, as well as with any other entity, by providing enough shares in the Treasury to issue a new series of Convertible Preferred shares envisioned to be priced at $15.00 per share."
Of course something could have gone south but the people on here simply can only bash based on speculation when we have actual PR's released to us that show positive and forward movement to a DA. So - am I certain on this? Nope. But I am not going to panic and sell and be shaken by a board of random alias clowns who have never believed in factual DD provided anyway.
