“NAME CHANGE”

With the same asset, the same ownership and the same NOL, The law will only see the “name change” as a disguise.
.......It will not work that way..

It is also impossible to go different entity with a different business license without loosing a “non transferable” NOL.

Lehman will stay Lehman or a “Former Lehman” if a different name is used.

Lehman must face any unexpected law suits in the future that cannot be avoided.
