When a stock is trading sub 30k in volume a day it's really not going to stir things up.

That 250M A/S seems updated though & that's just not a good look. The A/S needed to be reduced 1/8, else these dudes just have authority to print shares as needed up to 250M...1/8th would have been 31.25M
