I've also been leaning more to the Finncann,. IN*QD , JV / Merger - but - 'BP' has a good point !

The difference is; INQD has already been mentioned, regarding the JV, where WDLF - to the best of my knowledge - WDLF has never been publicly, mentioned as a candidate !

I do see it as a possible acquisition, however !

An up-listing to NASDAQ is the wild card !

Flicker, I still have my main holdings in INQD because of the Fincann merger. However, WDLF is the one mentioning Nasdaq uplist and thought I better Cover my ASK...lol
