Thin ask I'm thinking we see 5 or 6 cents again by year end.

If clean-coal technologies being developed in Wyoming were a topic of discussion at todays clean energy ministerial (which according to Gov Gordons Twitter acct - they likely were) there's a good chance we can see 5 or 6 my the end of the month on speculation alone.

Especially since the G20 Ministers Meeting is taking place Sept 27-28.

On a side note: It's encouraging to see the recent DOE news re REE's from coal :)
