Sir I had already told posters here few weeks ago that leasing company confirmed the lease to Imperium/Dsgt. So nothing really changed. Unless you have newer pics?

Thanks for going by and providing a 1st hand report. lol, of course it spurs many questions. Were you able to go inside? Was Rick or other staff there? Were you able to get pictures of the signage other than the door.
