Wilma ..Companies usually want to control the info. released ...so Dr Javitt may not have had all the clearance he felt may be required since he is on the BOD of RLFTF .
I wouldn't read to much into "not for public dissemination "..he may just be covering his ...you know what . He knows those in attendance will share the info presented ...including even here on a message board.
