I tried slapping the $1.00 as soon as I saw it pop up, I did not do any dd, but just based on the ss, thats typically a buy for me....but it's a no go with TDA.

I assume it's a DTC issue. Every broker has their own policies on how to handle a DTC Chill, some reserve the right to keep trading it, but unfortunately TDA does not, I guess due to the increased risk of trades not settling properly.
