I posted about something similar. No one is reviewing these financials, it appears. The person compiling the financials is quite illiterate and has some issues with presenting financial statements over the years. There were times where the cash flow statement didn't tie with the other financials.

That's why I always thought that the CEO was more of a website analyst, versus a CEO. I believe he likes the title, but I don't think he's doing the job correctly/efficiently/effectively. Proof??? No financials for lots of years. Just my 2 pennies.
