cant decide too.. too much churning at these levels without too big swings.. channeled b/w 1.7 and 1.8 by some big guys?? Big buys today and then sell off.. IMO, someone is heavily manipulating it for their own benefits? This shd hv over $2 by this time with all the buys in last 5-7 days... but its still in 1.70's..
