I have another question, I probably know the answer already but just want you to clarify and confirm one more time, so after pro effectiveness date, most likely next Monday, when the judge signs, its 30 days till the actual Q comes off right? and lets say in the plan 31 days where insiders can start selling their shares. this is correct right?

and when the Q comes off wouldn't that have a big impact as well and start to have run as well or at least push the share price higher right?

Is the timeframe they have until they can sell (30,60,90,180 days that you mentioned) made public? If so, will this be known on Monday if indeed the judge signs off Monday as we expect?
