Win or loss in UTAH trial is just a distraction even when SECI is going to win.

The main target is the RICO trial that comes after UTAH trial. SECI is going to go after a lot of big boys after UTAH trial is over....thanks to the whistleblower that revealed the extent of the technology theft and the trace of it during the UTAH trial.
