Has EUA been applied for? If so, when and what is the status?

So NeuroRx is a private company so theoretically doesn't have to disclose anything ...but since they are in partnership with RLFTF ....I think they should ....anyone disagree with that pt of view ?

A publicly traded co, I think ... would notify share holders if the EUA had been applied for .
They would also provide a transcript / video of the conference presentation .
