Not saying this is the case but SA is known for printing negative articles so the stock will tank and their members can buy in lower.

Dunno. Might sell in anticipation of such.

PS: IMO the markets are due for a huge bear market probably starting after the election (especially if the Democrats win) and continuing through next year. But what do I know.
