Looks like manipulation before real value comes in here. The news was excellent.

Dilution..mostly loading the dilution shares payoff down the road.
But not always.
These dudes need to put out a huge cancellation of Authorized shares, and get an Institution Investment commitment, otherwise, this will continue ...these growth plans require $$$$ and these executives are being funded with Toxic Debt agreements.IMHO
