THE ACCOUNTING FIRMS DID NOT RESIGN! ONE WAS TOO SMALL, THE OTHER TOO LARGE. IN FACT VERU$ WENT BACK TO THE FIRST WHEN THE LARGER ONE DID NOT WORK OUT. THEY NOW HAVE A FIRM WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND OFFICES THAT WILL WORK WELL WITH VERU4 and mPhase
