I didn't author the post that said I believe it works in the lab, nobody knows if it's going to work at commercial scale.

Amtron, Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd., a Govt.of Assam Undertaking which saw QMC's QDSC working in the lab believes they can make it work at a commercial scale.

Hence they are building a facility just for that purpose.
